Biography

Muhammed, who actively follows the digitalized world; works in the fields of fin-tech law, e-commerce law and personal data law. Prior to Helvacı Laik Aşar, he provided consultancy services to companies operating in various sectors such as e-commerce, education, media, tourism, logistics, construction, production and represented them in dispute stages.

In addition to IT and internet technologies law; he continues to provide legal services in the fields of contract law, corporate and commercial law, labour and social insurance law. Muhammed continues his master degree education and focuses his studies on cyber-crimes. He is actively involved in NGO’s operating in the fields of business, law and social entrepreneurship.
